Last night at about 11:30pm we started to hear a crackeling noise & smoke coming from the kitchen you could smell something electrical burning pulled out our 6 year old Frigidaire only to find it was on fire. I was horrified that the electrical components (that are plastic) next to the compressor were on fire & if we were not home would have lost my whole house due to this. There are so many complaints about this all the way back to 2011 why on earth isn’t Frigidaire doing anything this is horrible! If this happened while everyone was sleeping my whole family would have been dead... someone needs to do something before someone gets hurt..
