Since purchasing this 2020 Frigidaire Gallery French door Refrigerator in 2022 had over eight service calls for freezing on top shelf and melted ice cream in the freezer section. Also, ice maker makes horrible sound and ice is all clumped in one big piece. Been going through this for a whole year with every moving part replaced, even the seals. So my question is why when I purchased this pos in 2022 would I receive a 2020 and why can't Electrolux just replace this unit with one that works??? I will never purchase any appliance from this company again. They do NOT stand behind their products!!! And no one responds to my issues, they must know what kind of POS they make and sell.
