oven racks fall into the oven

Purchased my Frigidaire Gallery 30" slide in gas range in 2014 from Direct Buy in 2014. A month ago the rack fell into the oven when I checked my turkey. Now I notice all three of my racks are too small. In November, 2018 I phoned Frigidaire service line. They sold me 3 new racks for almost $300.00. It took 5 weeks for the racks to get to me so upon receipt today, I put the racks into the oven but they problem is exactly the same but its not the racks, it appears the oven walls expanded. I immediately phoned Frigidaire service line and was told all that could be done is phone an authorized service technician in my area which i did. He tells me that he has had this problem before and he had to replace the inner liner but he warned me that this was very costly. I agreed to do it because this is a SAFETY ISSUE! He phoned back and advised that the inner liner was no longer available! I had purchased what i believed to be a quality product but now I KNOW that Frigidaire is not quality! Buyer beware! It looks like I will need to purchase a new expensive appliance only after 4 years of use! Not acceptable!

Oven racks falling in

Frigidaire Gallery 30" Slide in range purchased in 2014 from Direct Buy.
Suddenly the racks (all three of them) are sliding off and falling into the oven. This poses a REAL SAFETY ISSUE! The first time it happened was with a turkey that had been in the oven for 2 hours and was HOT .. luckily it fell towards the back of the oven and not towards me and it got caught up on the back and did not fall completely in! I phoned Frigidaire's service line and they sent me all three new racks which took me 5 weeks to receive. I put them in the oven today ... but they are still too small. It appears the oven walls have expanded! I now see many of the same complaints on the internet. I phoned Frigidaire service line again today and all she could do is provide me with a name of an authorized technician in my area. Of course, there is no warrenty after one year! I called the service technician. Yes.... he had they problem before and he had to replace the inner liner but he warned that this was very costly. He phoned back and advised that the inner liner is no longer available so there is NOTHING HE CAN DO! WHAAAT? I purchased Frigidaire thinking that this was a quality product ... I was mistaken! Buyer beware on Frigidaire ... it looks like after only 4 years I have to be replacing an expensive appliance!
