I purchased a Frigidaire Professional range FPEH3077RFC serial # AF71204693.
The cooking area grey stripe will no longer come clean.
The rest of the burners are fine and come clean except the front rich burner. I have tried every recommended product. I have cleaned the cooktop correctly after every use. This is frustrating because there is no solution. This isn't the first problem with the stove, as some parts were missing upon delivery and no one has come out to put them on.
How do I get this off so the cook too looks clean? Or can you replace this stove? I purchased it in late August 2017.
