My 80 year old mother a DEFECTIVE Frigidaire refrigerator and Frigidaire will not replace it. Frigidaire sent a repair person who identified that the unit was defective and probably dropped. My mother did not purchase the extended warranty and noticed the issue with the unit after 30 days and LOWES response was ... " sorry, call Frigidaire". Frigidaire said sorry... deal with LOWES. DON'T BUY APPLIANCES FROM LOWES or Frigidiare.... they are the LOWEST quality and they take advantage of 80 year old ladies.
