Early Termination Fees and POOR SERVICE
After over 10 years with Verizon Fios, my tv and internet was changed to Frontier. Since service switched my billing and TV digital service has been terrible. I had constant digital flickering which was never resolved. I was also charged for HBO and SHOWTIME without ever ordering these channels. I've made dozens of calls and online chats to dispute billing and digital service issues. I'm not paying any ETF. This company is the very worst in every way. Please help me solve this billing issue!
