Poor or non existent service, outages, line ups missing, poor internet speeds
Wifi is unreliable, tv Chanel's and subscriptions are unavailable/missing or incomplete, numerous outages, long phone waits with no resolutions to issues. No credits offered for missing services even though I have asked. Locked me out of my account so I can't change my auto payment authorization. I am told to call a number that is not in service for sign in help. I can change my password, and see my account number but no details to change payments. They are hijacking my money now.
I signed up with Verizon not Frontier. The service was great before this switch. After 3 months of poor service, I want out of this contract. Frontier has broken the agreement by not providing services paid for.. I'm paying for high speed internet 75/75, but lucky if I get 10/20. I would not have renewed my contract had I know.
