I tried, frontiers billing online for couple mo's, however, i am disabled and after realizing i needed the billing statements for other help programs, i unchecked the paperless billing box on online frontier billing. After doing so, i havent recieved a billing statement from frontier untill this mo.(sept.) because i told them on the phone. I sent a 76.00 money order to an old billing address by mistake, and shortly after, i recieved notice that i did not pay my bill. I then explained to costumer service that it was sent by mistake to thier old billing address at Phoenix, Az. Feeling it was my fault, i contacted the phoenix post office and told them the situation, and at first they were reluctant to tell me if the p.o. box, was in fact a frontier box, but after convincing them that i had a frontier money order sent to that box, and if it wasnt a frontier box, then somebody is using it fraudulently to cash money orders. They checked into it for me, and sure enough, its still a frontier box. I had already found out my money order was cashed on july 19th, 2012, so that tells me a frontier employee either cashed it or the co. did. Shortly after, i recieved a email from a frontier employee saying that my money order was applied to my bill, problem solved...no... the co. still says they never recieved the money order and i told them the events that took place regarding my investigation, so they decided to do thier own investigation. Well, here it is, sept, 2012 and now i got a phone call they didnt get my payment for aug. i told them i sent it out on july 31st, and they asked me to send them a copy of the money order, which i did, along with the email saying my 76.00 was applied to my account and the money order recpt for that mo. also. Today, sept, 17th, 2012 i get a bill for 113.50 from frontier with a disconnect notice in 4 days if not payed, i have already established a extention, due to the investigation. at this point i think best to contact, fcc, attorny general, and whomever i can, i am not paying these bills twice, i have cancer and cannot afford it, living on 700/mo
