I had phone & internet service for some time. my contract was up on 62516; I had till then to change my service or keep the one I had. I contacted them on 62216 to change my service to just the internet. they ask if I wanted 8mb or 12mb (something related to that). I said the most, 12. they set a date and time (which I had to take a vacation day for) to come to my house. on the day they were to show up they called and said there was no 12mb and I would need to be placed on a list for that. I said yes. when I received my bill for the new change it had a $200 amount plus $42.59 for internet service. they claimed it was bc of the change bf my contract was up. I informed them I don't owe them that 200 and it wasn't fair I should owe them that. now they r saying there is no one to sign off on taking the 200 off my bill. this has been since 72516 (so they claim). my internet service sucks and has not worked properly since I have had it. I have had them here several times, given different boxes, and spoke with technical services on multiple occasions. I can't do it no more. it has been four months now and it still is not working right. i'm done and I am not paying them for a service that I have not been provided with.
