billing fraud

I missed paying a $175 bill by a few days. I was required to pay Frontier $407 to maintain service. The receipt for the check showed it was cashed on March19. On the 23rd Frontier cut my phone service and extorted another $209 by credit card. They denied they had received any check or Money from by the 26th and billed my for cutting all my services although none were cut. The phone was restored with the credit card payment on the 23rd. They originally acknowledged they had received all payments on the 23rd and then later changed it to the 26th to support their billing for stopping and restoring services as well as penalties. I havee just reacheved a bill from them for another $407.

These people are liars and thieves. Has any one had success against them for fraud?

I have switched my TV to DIRECT TV NOW. Huge Improvement for 1/3 the price. ( Frontier refuses to give me credit for dropping their TV)

Frontier non working service,

Frontier communication Internet service router disconnects over 50 times a day, they issued me $159 worth of credit, I even upgraded so my service would be faster and it isn't had at least three techs come out in December and one technician took my router flipped it upside down and put it back on top of my modem forcefully then he told me that this isn't the router I gave you,he then was going to the end of the road to check the pole and wires and he would get back to me I went down within five minutes and he was not even there that technician went ahead and rescheduled for another maintenance call they never showed up and canceled my trouble ticket I had to reschedule another one for January 17, 2017. Every time I call and tell them about my service and how it keeps disconnecting I get hung up on, or they call me a liar, they keep sending me a bill even though they owe me a lot of credit, they send technicians out that don't even know what they are doing.

Frontier Phone and Internet package

We recently purchased a phone, internet and Dish TV package. Last month an unexplained charge of 193.xx appeared on our account. We called for an explanation and the representative acknowledged that an error had occurred and that it would be corrected. It was not corrected; it was carried over to the next billing period.

Frontier Communication Billing Fraud

My bill went from 145$ a month to 163$, 207$, 230$, 253$. They took away all the discounts for the bundle even before the contract expired. I asked for a new bundle and customer service could never quote a price, or the price was much higher than before. I decided to cancel the TV service to reduce my monthly bill, but the next bill was yet higher and they never sent me the box to return the TV equipment. The excuse from customer service was that they did not have a record of the cancellation and the change of services that I ordered the previous month. That was clearly a lie because the phone conversation with customer service are recorded.
Anyway the price they quote online for Fios Internet + DPU is 70.99$ a month + fees and taxes, how they got from that price to 253$ is clearly a fraud, ignoring a cancellation order is also a fraud.

I think Frontier Communication is just another company trying to rob the customers, they overcharged me about 200$ and they are trying to get away with it.
It takes hours to get in contact with customer service and even then they try to find excuses for the billing overcharges.
It is so frustrating, I will have to dump that company as soon as possible.
I bet the managers are all republican bastards.
