I have signed up for 2 years contract, but after 6 years, they want early termination fee of $100. They were "Auto Renew" without customers consent. Frontier should refund all of their customers for early termination fee beyond the original contract.


How can contract renew, that means another contract has created which Frontier contracted without knowing customer. Auto renew is creating another contract which the new contract should of disclose to customers at the beginning. If the contract did not disclose to customer, the contract is not valid. Another is why frontier using 2 year term contract advertising at the beginning with the customer. They didn't mention any about auto renew to contract for a life long with early termination fee to pay.



I think this is not even illegal or not, this is a scam.
