Company is threatening sending a summons to my home or place of business regarding a debt collection. They obtained way too much personal information about me. I paid all of my debts and the debt they are alleging that I did not pay was paid four times over in less than one year (Namakan Capital). They are threatening a summons unless I pay them another $550.

July 9, 2012 approximately 4:25, Caller first phoned my mother (grandpartents of person they were looking for) falsely identifing themselves as being from the Sheriff Office stating there was a warrent our for my son's arrest wanting his location. He left no other information. My Parents being elderly and ill became very upset in turn phoned me. I immediately phoned my son to avail phoned the police department where no such action was true. Upon my arrival home A Chris Baker left a nasty message, unknown if this was my son's place of residence with a case number with a threat. The message is recorded with a return number. No company identification was left and the incident implied that this was a law enforcement agency. I immediately phoned back the agency to find that this was indeed a Collection Agency (being familar with the business) My call was unanswered and went to voice mail as I tried all night.
I was able to cross reference the agency to find a street address for the company of 9111 Katy Freeway, Suite 30, Houston TX, 77024, phone 713 344 1752, or 855 255 1938 -- I do not intend to let this type of collection method go unattended. Unknown if the debt is justified or not is not known. Nor is it my business of another adult finances.

I received a phone call this am not only on my cell, but my mother received a call and another person in my office received a call saying I had several different pending matters and that there was a process server or locator out looking for me. When I called the number back, the person I spoke with would not tell me any information regarding their company, would not give me an address or fax number and would only give me information stating that I owed a pay day loan and I was defrauding a bank. They would not give me the bank name. After several heated words I finally got a name of a company supposedly I defrauded and breached the contract with. Not only have I never heard of this company, but I cannot locate them on the website. I have tried several different searches to find an address for FS Law Group and have been unsuccessful. Does anyone have any other information? This is BS. I was given the choice ...either rectify now or go to court if you want to dispute. That is not how the collection process works. I chose the dispute way. We will see if they send me to court.
Any information anyone has regarding telephone number or address would be most helpful.

i have been contacted by this company aswell, today and it caught me off balance. then when i called them beck and started speaking with some common since they aggresively stated then i would be going to court and told me i have till 5pm today, theen hung up. wow are they really serious!!!

Unbelievable! The same thing just happened to me (3/21/12). A family member called me and told me a guy named "Samuel King" was looking for me over "cases that were pending". I called the number and they wanted me to verify my information. I would not do it and starting asking for their information. They would not even give me their mailing address saying it was not given for security reasons. I told them I was not giving them my information for the same reason and if they were looking for me they could easily find me. If I have done something legally wrong, I am not hiding and could be found. I went on to tell them if they do serve me in the correct manner which was not by telephone then I would be more than happy to see them in court. I will not be a victim to a company who spends their time scaring people by using legal words to get money from people who do not owe it. Always be aware of who you are dealing with because people are not always who they say they are. Know you rights.

This same situation happened to me yesterday. Someone from FS Group calling herself Jill Miller called my place of employment stating she was a client. After I didn't come to the phone she called my cell number and left me 2 voicemails that I was in legal trouble regarding "several different matters" and that I have been legally notified. When I called the company back with my file number they stated there is no employee named Jill Miller. I spoke with a supervisor named Greg Wright who refused to give me any information on the company. He stated there were legal processors out looking for me to serve me with court paperwork.
