If you are havng a problem, you cannot call them as they do not answer their phones, and emails go unanswered. I suggest, like I will be doing myself, that you contact the State of New Jersey Attorney General and file a complaint. This company is obviously fraudulent.

I went online and purchased a product from this company and they sent me the wrong product. It took a while to get it and it was not the product I ordered. I called them and finally got a hold of someone as they don't like to answer the phones or return calls. I was told that I would get an email with an RMA and i never did so I called again and again and finally got someone who said that they would mail me out the right product ASAP and get me the RMA later so I would atleast have the right product. I have not recieved anything and it has been a month. I ahve sent email after email and call after call and no one responds. This is so unfair and rediculous!!! All I want is the right product as our building needs these fobs.

I purchased a home surround sound system from OneSourceSecurity. Before I ordered this system, it showed that it was still available on their website and the sales lady also confirmed that they had it in stock. After a week gone by, I received an e-mail stating that my order was put on back order. Two month had gone and I received another e-mail stating that my order was shipped. Almost another month and still no package, no tracking # and no answer whenever I call. You can't even leave a message because their mailbox is full. Most likely they have a bunch more unsatisfied customers trying to get their money back. What a bunch of scumbags...
