Finchoice are the worse just to get a settlement letter. I have called them 5 times and no one helped me. I received a call saying that I will get my settlement letter after an hour but still nothing. I called again and was transferred to the legal department.. Phone ring for 15min someone answered and dropped the phone i don't understand don't they want me to settle the account. I am fed up with finchoice
