Salary dsipute
I have working at mentioned above company for the past 3 months with dedication, hard work and most of all respect for both clients & the organization. When I started working there since January I have indicated that I am using Bidvest Bank and which I have been getting paid on ever since. However, last month on March 31st I didn't receive my month salary as we got paid on every last day of the month. When my manager made a follow - up with the HR it appears that I was paid on a wrong banking account (Capitec) which I haven't been using for over a year and doesn't a card of it anymore and the worst forgot its pin. Now the organization wants me to take an initiative, time, ernegy & agitation to fix up their mess saying I must go to the bank (Capitec) to reverse the money to them which I think its their responsibility and its the mistake that was made by them respectively. However I went to the bank on Saturday I was told to wait for 72 hours which starts today (03/03/2017) for a recording of an arrangement I made for payment which I have no knowledge of. Now I have to suffer without paying rent, child's school fees and without a meal in the household because of someone's poor administrative error in the finance who made payments to the wrong bank account. What are my rights in this instance ? And what are the steps / action I can take against the company ? Didn't the company didn't breach their two parties ? Because I didn't even touch the money from Capitec because I don't like to be associated with that bank but Bidvest as I have first to pay R70 for the new card and R30 to dispute debit orders that went through and which I don't have the knowledge of. Please assist .........#Desperate
