I recently bought a 3rd decoder to connect to my DSTV extraview account......I found a company called future satellite in the lifestyle crossing shopping centre to do the installation for me.

Their initial installation was fast and efficient, however they could not get the new decoder to work on my extra view package, although they said I had to pay the full amount as the signal just had to reset on Multi choice side and would be working in a couple of hours.

Since then I have called them multiple (at least 10 calls and sms's) times. Each time they respond and promise to show up, but most times never do, and the one time they did show up, they told me that the fault was still on the Multichoice side. This I checked with Multichoice who confirmed that it was an installation fault.

My initial installation was the 18th July 2018, and I STILL do not have that decoder working.

This is either incompetence or disgraceful service delivery, or both. These people should be removed from the DSTV accredited installer list.
