This company lied about the free membership discount card. At point of sale the cashier asked if I would like to have the "free" membership discount card, I said yes and forgot about it. Three months later I get an automatic charge on my bank statement of $11.99
The cashier said it was free, it's not. Now I have to contest the charge because I never authorized the charge.

My now 17 year old daughter came to me and told me that she is loosing $11.99 of her allowance to this FYE charges.
She had been in their store once to purchase a CD as a gift and paid with her minor account debit card.
She is upset because when she tried to cancel ( I initially refused to get involved) she got very intimidated that she hung up and really explained me the situation. She had realized that this store has been ripping her off for 7 months and although careful she felt really embarrassed that she hadn't noticed earlier. This Company should be fined for contracts of fraud when they hand minors a store card with the sole intent of making it binding contract to suck money out of their accounts. It is illegal as far as I know.... Where are the attorneys...?
In attempting to use an online version to cancel I almost got suckered into a fee for service 3rd party kind of deal
Although it wouldn't surprise me that this 3rd party service is a shell company for FYE ....as a afterthought.
