My husband purchased a blu-ray at this store and was told my the sales clerk that the cash register was broken and that if he wanted a receipt he would "have to wait a long time." The sales clerk told my husband that if he just paid for it, which he did with cash, he could keep the outer wrapper with the store name and price on it if he needed to return it. My husband had no reason to doubt him, so he left the store because he didn't want to wait a long time. As it turned out, the blue-ray was damaged and when we tried to exchange it for a new copy, they did not have one. The manager told us he had no record of this sale and my husband described the employee to him, but he made like he did not know who he was taking about. I asked the manager if he was calling us liers, but he just kept saying that he had no record of the sale. My husband became angry and the manager said he would not talk to us any more. This is a store that we had shopped in many times, but never dealt with this person. When we left we thought about it and came to the conclusion that the employee who sold my husband the blu-ray must have pocketed the money and never recorded the sale. Now, we don't have a movie or the $30+ tax that we paid. What can I say, WE WERE SCAMMED! I will never shop in this store again and I suggest anyone who does be very careful and don't fall for the same scam!
