The G E dish washer will not clean the dishes and the soap door will not open .we had a service call in warranty and they came out June 2015 replace the soap door and told us to turn up the hot water heater . We did still dirty dishes . we have to hand wash . I call back 2-2-2016 they said out of warranty and there will be a service call fee of $95. and service fees $? . Case # 13851686
