I have a few concerns with the department of child support services, I opened my case back in October 2017 and I have only received 3 payments since that time. I can't get the name of my case worker, I can't get any of my emails responded to, I can't get the past due balance updated and there is an involuntary payment that they are holding and won't release it. This office has not been following their policies and procedures. It wasn't until I had an abandonment warrant issued against my children's father that they even decided to pretend that they were working on my case. They completely skipped his GA. licenses being suspended for nonpayment to going straight to taking him to court now.
My children's father and I have call to get an ETA date of the last in his involuntary payment release based off the letter from the IRS we have hit the 6 month mark. Now he is going to court twice and could end up in jail and his children could end up homeless because people are not doing the job that I paid for. What incompetence.
