Over billed

Since I have been with GA
Power my bill has been high.Rates have been 14.00 to 15.00 a day.But since I have switched to prepaid.My bill has deceased to 5.00 to 6.00 a day.I have not changed my usage.So I feel I must have been being over charged.I really would like for this to be cleared up for me.
