Anomist increase utility bill

Iam a prepay customer of ga power and I made a payment on yesterday and was inform that I had 3 days left but this morning I received a notification stating that I was I pending disconnect status..it seem that ga power just increase my bill at will it doesn't matter if I use my power or not..can someone please inform me what I can do about this matter..thanks for your prompt response..Mr. Kim Fed..my email is [email protected]
