They are saying to send pictures of all accessories, handset, retail slip along with concerned letter from authorized coolpad service centre. I never saw this kind of things. Even amazon or flipkart return policy are very easy. So, i want to book a complaint for harrasing customer. Ab kya mai office chorke tumhare showrooms me ghumu?
