I am writing to you about the gambler cigarette tubes. I buy them 5 boxes at a time and usually don't have any issues with them but this time 2 out of the 5 were crushed and some had little tears in them where I could not use them at all. I brought them back to the store and they told me to contact the company that they couldn't do anything about it so that's why I am contacting you to see if there is anything that could be done to reimburse me for the box.
