Gambler cigarette cut tobacco

The tobacco doesn't work for making cigarettes. It doesn't smoke well and the fire falls out. I have made hundreds of cigarettes, so I know how to do it. It the tobacco. I would like to get my money back. With tax I paid $16.50 for the bag I purchased.
