Fountain Discount Liquor overcharges. They charged me 11.09 including tax for a six ounce bag of Gambler regular tobacco. That is substantially more than the going amount in this area.

Ridiculous to have to throw away half the tobacco. What are you doing? It shouldn’t be hard to get quality packaging as well as know when your product is to dry to release to the public let alone before packaging it in the first place. Guess its way to much ask that you sell a quality product here in the U.S.A.. What good is the low price if you can’t even use all of the product. The “cherry” falls off and burns my carpet due to it being dust and not course enough to burn and remain intact throughout
cigarette. Also the dust will damage rolling injector on the machine due to unknowingly overfilling tobacco hopper. You have great tasting tobacco why don’t you care about how its sold???? Guess you just figure you will pick new customers as you lose them. Not the way to run a quality company, maybe you took notes from our wonderful business man president trump. Sell the lil people junk they will by anything????

This is the second bag of menthol Gambler pipe tobacco I have farts I'm very disappointed in this cuz it's dry and it tastes stale I can't return this bag to get my money back or get a fresh bag because once you walk out the store they will not accept it back and you can open it to see if it's fresh because they won't accept it. I buy tabacco the big bag 35.00 bag. About every12 to 14 days for my husband for about a year now. This bag is by far the worst we have gotten! I have rolled 52 cigarettes and i have 5 cigarettes worth of wood pieces ! Come on man ! Thanks for your time .

Last 3 bags of your tobacco that I have bought was nothing but unrollable dust and was completely dried out was a waste of money and time seems to me a company that produces a product that is not all that popular anymore should try to hang on to a decreasing customer base by making a quality product, maybe you've already made all the money you need !! I have purchased several 1 pound bags of menthol pipe tobacco over the course of several months. I am seeing shiny flakes of what I think is menthol additive on the top layer of the bag. It is no longer pleasant to smoke the product when a pounds worth of menthol is concentrated at the top of the bag. If this continues I will sadly need to shop for a new brand.

Have been using king tube cut tubes for 4+ years. Recently all boxes I have bought are dated 1/11/17 and are smaller at filter end and willl only fill halfway with tobacco. Have not found any other date stamp in my area. Needless to say I am throwing away more than 3/4 of the box.

I have been buying your products for about 8 years now. All of a sudden I can't get the tubes on my "Premier supermatic " tobacco rolling machine. This morning is the worst! Out of 16 tubes I have had to throw out 4. That is 25%! The tobacco has so many sticks in it that I am throwing out weight of the product. Not only is it woody it is dry. I can fix the dryness by dampening a paper towel and putting it in the bag and zipping it shut. I am careful that a the towel doesn't lay or touch the tobacco. What happened to your quality control? This has been going on for at least 4 months. Please let me know how you will be fixing this.

I have been buying Gambler products for 8+ years. Over the past month or two the tubes are made poorly. I have bought 5 boxes ( $2.49 a box) at different times and having the same problem. The tubes are to tight and fit poorly that I waste more tubes and money than I ever had in the past 8+ years. If not corrected I will be finding another brand. My email is [email protected]

So i been buying ur tabbacoo for years now and lately its getting worse its dry all the time and there is a ton of sticks in it. I am not sure why that is but it doesn't help when u pay 20.00 for a 16 oz bag of tabbacoo that is only dry and full of sticks. So i will not be buying your product again. Oh and the tubes every box i have bought seem to be crushed and they are 3.19 a box so i guess i will find a new product that isnt dry full of sticks and crushed tubes.

I have a Gambler brand hand held rolling machine and I also have a box of Gambler 100's tubes.
1st off, how is it the tube doesn't properly fit with this machine? Some of the tubes are too tight to even go on the machine.
Also, the most recent box I purchased, almost every other tube is coming apart at the seams.
For what I pay per box ($3.99 plus tax), I expect to be able to use ALL 200 tubes without any issues.

I have been buying your product for years, and that's both tabacco and tubes, and I have been picking sticks and twig like substances out of the tabacco , about 1/4 of the content of the bag...what happen to quality control , they sitting on their asses or what, come on gambler, ive been reading your complaints, and it seams I am not the only one with this problem, I think you need to check on this because you will prob be loosing this long time customer.

we have been buying your products for years, however the last couple bags of tobacco we have purchased are so dry that you only 1 out of 4 cigarettes will roll and the rest of the tobacco is wasted. We will definitely be searching other tobacco brands.
