I have not received my order

I placed an order on the 9th of January with order number # 3642869 and i received email with tracking on the 13 of January 2017 as below:

RS404419045CN

I have not yet received my package and money has been taking out of my account. This tracking is no where to be traced.


Can you please send my item or refund me fully?
