I heard that some customers used stollen card to buy gold and then the card holder contacted with the bank to cancel this order, so the gameim lost money and gold.

I also got the same problem with gameim.com.When I went to live chat and they also asked me to send shot screen of my driving license, ID or passport and the last number of my credit card.They said they have met someone who stole others cards and bought gold, but checked by the bank, so they lost much money.
