My name is Machhindra Dubule and I am an ex-employee of Gamesai Studios Pvt Ltd a pune based Mobile Gaming company. I was employed with the company as Sr. Game Artist since 23rd Feb 2015 till 15th of September 2015. I want to file a case against the company and the Director of the company Mr Pawan Girme for non payment of salary from the month of March to Oct 15. Since beginning the company never paid salary on time and always gave false promises and big talks and fooled us into continue working. Finally we were forced to give in our resignation as we were not getting any salary at all. Even the cheque that the company had issued bounced couple of times. I want action taken against this fraud Company & Employer as he has not just not given the employees salary the company has not even followed any compliance with regards to PT and PF though it was been deducted from the salary. Please take some action against this fraud company as its big time cheaters and habitual fraud employer.
