Well this is the third time I am writing this complaint? First of all Gamingal AND Roselin are the SAME company made and located in CHINA!!! Order was placed April 29 as soon as order was complete, the MONIES were take IMMEDIATELY out of the account I set up for this purchase!! Got an email the items were processed and on their way to shipping on May 5? I ordered 6 items, only 5 were listed on the invoice that were on the way to shipping. That's when I started emailing, first once a week, then a couple times a week until I got up to EVERYDAY! The item that was missing from the original order shipped, that would be item number 6 of 6. One of my emails was actually read and low and behold item number 6 was processed and shipped May 27 and I received it June 9.... But where were the other five items! At first I was told according to their records I RECEIVED my order. THat's when I got Psycho bitch mode!! I threatened them with the Better Business Bureau of the United States. Asked if maybe a Supervisor could find out what the hell was going on, reminded them of their promise of wanting all Customers to have a good experience so they would return.?! Finally someone checked in logistics and the Original order was never SENT??? I asked for my money back, and I received their policy rules more than once. The order was in transit/limbo for 83 days! I finally received the cheaply made items on July 20, after all the energy I spent on this stupid problem, I couldn't help being soooo disappointed with my order. I would tell ALL who will LISTEN save your hard earned money for a Good company, not in CHINA!!
