I purchased clothing from Gamingal. The company claims to be on the UK, but is run out of China. I waited 2 weeks for a hem to send the clothes, and they refused to give me an estimated shipping date. As a matter of fact, they gave me 48 hours to choose whether or not I was going to keep waiting or they’d cancel my order. I do have all the emails. I think Gamingal, Moongor, and the other clothing adson Facebook are all the same bogus company out of China. I ordered from all and each one I had issues.
I am also going to see if I can report the company to the BBB.
Gamingal is supposed to give me a refund within a week. If they don’t, I will make an additional complaint.
These companies are taking advantage of people showing good deals, from the UK. They don’t send the orders, and once now I’ve had to fight for a refund. I hope it doesn’t happen again.
