Gamingal’s Return and Exchange policy is 15 days. They ship products out after 7 days so your Return or Exchange is voided by the time you receive it. Their site says it’s a UK company but all merchandise comes shipped from China and goes through customs. I ordered a sweater in a Large on November 8th. It arrived on December 5th. It’s so small it fits a 7 year old. I have two more items coming and one of them has yet to ship out. This company is a scam.
