i purchased a whole house ac made by ge, 2 months later it broke, its now going on 4 months after it broke and still i do not have this resolved, I just got a text that the replacement ac will be delivered to ANOTHER shipper NEXT week, I have SPENT DAYS on the phone and cannot begin to to say how much I regret this purchase, I offered to take it where ever and exchange it myself just to get this resolved, WORST experiance ever and they do not care and it will probably take another month to get to me if I am lucky. Did I mention whole house AC, 4 months now. Unbelievable !
