GE Cafe Microwave less than two years old fails to heat since November 7, 2020. I scheduled a repair and the earliest was 11/21/2020 only to order parts. Parts took another 3 weeks. Scheduled installation on 12/31/2020. Worst is that technician calls leaves voicemail which I call back in 1 minute. He never picks up. Subsequent call to GE and they scheduled me out to January 14, 2021. Piss
Poor customer relationship. Not willing to compensate for the inconvenience they have subjected us to. Yes, it may seem petty, but a $2500 micro wave that has not worked for going on two months plus $450 repair really sucks when you’re on a retirement income. GE is not willing to compensate for the inconvenience.
