My GE oven is defective. Reaching an agent at GE has proved to be incredibly difficult. My calls are put on hold for an extended period of time, and then dropped after about 30 minutes. The recording says that my call will be answered by the next available agent, but after several attempts I have yet to speak to anyone.3
