Dishwasher repair

I am still requesting to be told WHO was the person cancelled my original appointment?
The appointment that had been confirmed by three people, including dispatch!

“technician” Rey said that I had a flood, I do not and NEVER did have a flood …
it is a small leak where he removed the door (2-3 tablespoons at most).
A tablespoon or two cannot, in way, be considered a flood!

It had been decided by three - -yes, count them THREE different supervisors both by email and phone that I would not be charged the $153 walk across the door fee.

I asked for this because it was the 4th of July and for all the “service charge” fees, (3 in about a 2month period) I could simply buy a new dishwasher.

I let that sale go by because the service charge fee was waived.

Nobody let ne know this was cancelled.
Nobody let me know WHY this was cancelled.

“Technician” Rey seemed to think that I was threatening him with the NYD.
Nothing could be further from the truth!

I DID tell him taking days off from the NYPD is difficult,
why on earth would anyone think that was a threat???

WHO CANCELLED THIS?
The next 4th of July sale is a long, long way off!

This was totally unprofessional;
Especially in light of the fact that THREE people confirmed that the fee would be cancelled and nobody had the common decency to tell me that they cancelled - or the reason why!

Who did this to me, I want to talk to them.

I said that I would accept a 3rd party to take a look, they’ve now cancelled on me twice.

July 4th I could have bought a Samsung on sale,
now, this 3rd party you arranged has just canceled.

I can’t get an appointment with them until my next sick day from the NYPD, that happens in January.

All this was totally unfair and unnecessary as there was absolutely no reason to cancel my confirmed appointment in the first place.

I cannot believe that I am treated in such a shabby manner and I want to speak to the person who cancelled my appointment after three people had confirmed it,
WHO made this decision?

I deserve an answer, and I deserve to have what is most probably ‘technician” Reys error corrected!!!

You have the pictures, I’ll happily send them again, but you need to fix the issue that you caused.
