In August of last year I purchased four new GE, slate appliances. The first three were delivered in November with a hold on the dishwasher.
After many months of waiting I got a call from the sales department that the dishwasher I ordered with buttons on the top was not available but I could get the same one, with buttons on the front. So, I said yes.
In March of this year 2021 my dishwasher was delivered. It doesn’t work. At first it didn’t drain. I called and was told it was the installation. I had the service folks out and nope, no issues with installation.
Then service tech came out and replaced the pump stating the first one seized. Today, I decided to try using it. Nope. After 15 mins it shuts down. Not working.
I’m very disappointed. I have been paying on this product since last year and the warranty is almost half over but yet it doesn’t work.
I’ve tried to get ahold of consumer department but no luck there.
I spent way too much money to get the crappy service or results.
