We purchased an entire kitchen of ge profile appliances when we built our new home. We moved into this home June of 2008. We now have a refrigerator and dishwasher that have the outside stainless steel finish rubbing off. Ge consumer relations answer to this problem is to buy new part. We would pay for parts and service to install them. What can I do to get help with this matter. We spent lots of money for these products and now can get no help with this issue!!
