Inept Repair Service
My GE Refrigerator had been with me since I bought it sometime in 2003. I remember though that when the appliance company where I bought it delivered the Ref to my house, though it went thru routine inspection, I noticed that the magnetic door does not stick tight enough--I simply let it pass. Then in 2008, the problem with the door not closing tight enough caused inefficient cooling. I had it fixed and the technician replaced the magnetic rubber on the door and made adjustments on the hinges. However, no matter how hard he tried fixing and aligning the door, it could not close tightly so that there is a gap on the door edges. After several hours the technician just gave it up and the 6000 pesos I paid the repair company did not make my Ref any better.
