We purchased a GE Refrigerator 12/28.2020 GEC GTS17DTNRWW VR813034 We have had 2 services calls for parts, parts back ordered, not coming in, keep pushing out time frame for compressor to come in. Was to be in March 10, now they say April 5, 2021. Very, very bad customer service. Will not replace refrigerator UNLESS there are 4 SERVICE CALLS completed within one year time. We do not recommend purchasing any GE Products as their customer service and products are not up to par. The refrigerator was purchased at Appliance Center in Maumee, OH and they will not and cannot help with anything. Please stay away from GE products.
