Here is just another example of big business sticking it to the little guy, I have never failed to have any of my vehicles insured, I have never ever made any insurance claim in my entire driving career. I have never been fined for any offences, and now due to an insurance company that would not or could not inform me that there was an issue with my bank and payment, for a payment of $265.81. they cancelled my policies without contacting me. the first I new about it was DMV sent me a fine, I now have a record with the DMV for operating a vehicle without insurance, and with that on my driving record I am sure my rates will go up, and because of not paying $265.81 I now have to pay out over $1400. While I understand that Safeco is unwilling to help me or even quash this problem with the DMV, DO NOT EVER TRUST THIS COMPANY or do business with them of any kind they also trade under the name of General Insurance Company of America

1. You need to pay to have insurance.
2. If you don't pay you won't have insurance.
3. It is illegal to drive a car without insurance.

Your complaint seems to be based on your inability to comprehend these three facts.
