Service Bad not in first time

In Mcd we call fast food but in this restaurant mcd in masai are not..Service were badly than before too bad..Let us disapointed on this...Today we came again for supper but all meals are finished just order as below afterward to last we need for refill coke the cashier said sold out...What are the actually call fast food ?Please take attention on this kind of complaint for the best for your not us...Because of your are our service please...
