additional fees and refusal to send a zero balance receipt

I was booking a room at the Hyatt Regency in Houston Texas. For some reason my reservation went through get a room instead of directly through the hotel. I figure that was my mistake but I don't know. However, I paid the room and fee in full up front. I requested a receipt showing a zero balance as required by my employer to be reimbursed for the stay and Get A Room refuses to send this to me. I am out the entire amount because they won't send it to me. I have kept all of requests so if anyone is going to investigate let me know.
