no confirmation for my booked room

No Confirmation for my booked room on 20/10.
Since my trip had affected by the typhoon in Cebu. So I need to claim insurance for my additional accommodation stay fee. I strongly request getaroom.com to send a confirmation about my stay at "Radisson Blu cebu" Cebu city at 20/10 one night ,booking under Mr.YU hiu fung that payment by HK CITIBANK credit card, cardholder of LUI MAN KAM.
