I booked a WDW Resort room on July 4th, I immediately received a confirmation. I waited a few days as it was a holiday to link the reservation to the MY Disney Experience site so I could continue making my Disney Vacation reservations. The site stated "Unable to locate" so I called WDW and was told, "sorry, we do not have a reservation under any of the info you provided". The agent was very nice and offered to me that "all reservations are received almost instantly" and that I should contact the 3rd party booking provider. I did this on July 7th, Miguel seemed shocked and made a call to WDW, well at least that's what he claimed. He then came back and told me that "I need to wait 5 days and that it hadn't been 5 days so to recheck on the 11th". I thanked him and hung up. On the 11th I called WDW Resorts and again was told: "Sorry, nothing is showing". I was a bit concerned and called GETAROOM again, this time Jeanette took the time to investigate and came back and said "you need to wait 5 days" and that I should recheck on the 13th. I immediately felt something was wrong! I asked to speak with a supervisor and was told "sorry, he isnt' here" I asked for his name and she offered Armando. I was told she would file a ticket to have my issue investigated and was offered a ticket number. I then tried to locate my booking on the "my reservations" portion of GETAROOMS website and got another "unable to locate". It's now the 13th and I should have someone offering to me a Disney Confirmation Number yet continue to be told "5 more days". Why is this company still in Business???????
