Getaroom told me when I booked a room with them for my sons marine graduation that there was a 24hr cancellation policy with refund. Now that my recruit had his graduation date changed I called to cancel and reschedule. So they tell me that my reservation made for October 1000$ + is non refundable. Come to find out that the cancellation policy of 24hrs was only if I made the reservation direct through the motel. Getaroom has a policy of no refunds at all. Complete rip off and all I come in contact will be told and in social media
