I inadvertently book a reservation on this site, as the website appeared to be of a hotel chain I use. I immediately contacted their cancellation number and verbally told the woman who answered that I was cancelling. She assured me the reservation would be cancelled, but due to a "slow system" it would take time. I later realized that the reservation was not cancelled and they had charged my credit card.
After a series of email with their Customer Service (ha), an employee offered a refund (June 4, 2019) which I accepted. But they did not honor their promise. They are not to be trusted.
