I went online to book at Double Tree Hilton in Pruneyard Campbell Ca. Apparently I was on a 3rd party site. I didn't know that because Double Tree logos were all over the place. The only was I realized was once I got my confirmation from GETAROOM. I was like what the heck. So I immediate called Getaroom explained what happened. They called the Pruneyard to let them know. Pruneyard said there would be no cancelation fee due to I was going to go on the correct site and rebook. I did do that and paid. Get a room still took 175.07 from my bank. I have paid over 500.00 for a 1 night night room after paying double for the room and since I was not expecting to pay double I got over draft fees. I am very upset. I want my money back and to be compensated for all the time I have put in trying to figure all this BS out. my reservation with get a room was r1102217721 and from the Hilton it was 54775908
