Presented themselves as hotel. Charged my our acount immediately. When we arrived at hotel (we are from out of state) location and services were not what we expected. No pool no gym no breakfast in the middle of nowhere and still 137.00 a night. Hotel was willing to work with us for early check out but Couldn’t because Getaroom refused any refund at all! Customer service of this site was horrible. Do not use it!! I will always go through hotel from now on. Just verify you are actualy speaking to hotel. Better than getting burned.
