I paid for a dolphin watching trip, they took my name off the paid customer list, for not paying!! I DID PAY!! They even charged my CC!! They should be FORCED to either put my name of the list of PAID customers, or credit my CC. This is so unfair. You pay for a trip, they charge your CC, then they tell you, you didn't pay!! That's a bunch of BS. They NEED to keep their obligations, or go OUT OF BUSINESS!! I called them, to no avail!! I WANT SOME ANSWERS!!!!!

I signed up for a dolphin sightseeing trip, & I DID PAY for the trip!!!!! They took my name off the list of paid customers, as a NON paid customer!!! This is NOT the way to do business. I don't think much of them now, & I WOULDN'T recommend them to ANYONE. I want either my name put back on their PAID CUSTOMER list, or I WANT MY $$ BACK!!!!! I called them, & had to leave a message. This is the 2nd time I have been "Burned," by a crooked tourist operator!! They need to be investigated. They NEED to have their license pulled, if they keep this up!! I'm a VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER!! I want something done!!! They NEED to answer for their lousy actions
